肝内胆管癌の根治切除のため右肝切除を企図するも、予定残肝容量22%と極度に小さいため腹腔鏡下でのpartial TIPE ALPPSと門脈左枝を圧迫していた左肝の肝嚢胞の開窓術を行い、さらに肝静脈塞栓を追加し術後肝不全なく安全に右肝切除を行うことができました。
